Before registering for the Pickens-Oconee Chapter, each player must register with the South Carolina Junior Golf
Association (The SCJGA membership is $10.00). To register with the Pickens-Oconee Chapter (The POJGA membership
is $85.00), each player must provide proof of membership with the SCJGA. For more information about registration with
South Carolina Junior Golf Association please visit www.scjga.org and for more information about registration for the
Pickens-Oconee Chapter please visit Adam Relan at 864.419.0701 or at adamrelan@pga.com.
Please print out the application below. Fill out page 5 and bring that with you to Registration on Sunday, May 18th, 2008 at
Smithfields Country Club in Easley, SC (3:00pm to 5:00pm). If you cannot make it to Registration Day please contact Adam
Relan (864.419.0701 or adamrelan@pga.com) to make arrangements to Register by mail.
