POJGA registration will held at Smithfields Country Club. Please review the registration process here. If you wish, you may mail the POJGA application form and check to the POJGA, or you may wish to register in person May 16th at the country club. Please download and complete the POJGA application form and bring it to Smithfields on Registration Day.
